My Story
When I was younger, I used to be in pretty good shape. But like many people, as I got older, it became harder to find the time and energy to go to the gym and exercise like I should. Needless to say, I became overweight and out of shape. I also sat for many hours in front of a computer at work, and even more hours when I got home. This led to severe back and leg pain on a daily basis.
It wasn’t until my mother called me fat before I realized how unhealthy I had become. I tried all sorts of workouts to reverse the course. But none of them worked because I couldn’t do them consistently. That’s when I took a step back and realized that I had to create my own ultra-convenient workout system.
After years of testing, the One Minute Workout proved to be success on all fronts for me. I was not only able to stay with it, I became stronger than ever, allowing me to do things that I only dreamed of before, such as a one-arm pull-up. Moreover, it got me out of the chair regularly throughout the day so that my back and leg pain disappeared. Best of all, it took very little time each day.
After seeing so much personal success, I shared it with some people who wanted to try it. Their results were more than I ever expected. They were telling me how it helped them move, feel, and even look better. People who were once suffering from back and joint pain experienced noticeable improvement. Even active people and athletes noted improvement in their performance from this simple workout. Seeing how effective it was for other people, I decided to share it with as many people as possible. And that’s how The One Minute Workout book and this website came to be.

Our Mission
In this busy day and age, many of us don’t have the time and resources to look after our bodies like we should. Fortunately, fitness doesn’t have to take much time or equipment. You just need to know how to do the things that give you the most bang for your effort. With the inactivity and obesity epidemics sweeping across the world, we need to do something now to turn the tide. Whether it’s a parent, elderly grandparent, child, friend, or neighbor, we all know someone who could stand to be stronger and in better shape. The One Minute Workout is a simple but effective way to do that. And that’s why we’re making the basic exercises that everybody needs to be able to do free.
I’ve already helped many of the people I know. Now it’s time to help as many other people as possible. So, we’re aiming for a goal of helping one million people with the One Minute Workout. You can help by spreading the word, especially to those you care about. Even with the opportunity to improve their health, sometimes it takes a nudge from someone who cares to make people take the first step. I know I did. Together, we can reach the goal of helping a million people!
